Hey, everyone! I don’t have any recipes for you today… well actually I do!  A whole lot of recipes… in the form of Marcella Hazan’s fabulous cookbook, Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking! I’m raffling off a copy of this wonderful cookbook that’s my go-to for anything Italian.  You remember this reader favorite??  From this book! I love, love, love, my copy that I got as a wedding gift (Thanks, Rachael!) and I want to pass on the love!
